Transparency
Powered by Play. Driven by Purpose. Built for People.
Idle Hands Arcade is more than a place to play — it’s a place to grow, connect, and thrive. That starts with how we treat our team. We believe in full transparency and total support for every staff member, whether full-time or part-time.
We’ve built our benefits program with one simple belief: everyone deserves access to care, stability, and opportunity.
